I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) in the State of Ohio.
I received my BS in Psychology from John Carroll University and my MS.Ed in Community Counseling from the University of Akron.
I have extensive experience in community-based mental health treatment including home-based services, residential treatment, school-based services and clinical/training supervision.
I provide counseling services to children, adolescents and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My specialties include the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger management/ behavioral difficulties, and parent/child conflicts.
I support clients as they develop more effective ways of coping with difficult personal life experiences. I believe individuals need to feel heard and supported as they recognize strategies and learn skills to assist them in overcoming obstacles and living in a healthy and positive way.
