Mary Rose Tichar, a career counselor and coach, is a licensed professional counselor with 22 years experience of helping individuals identify their talent and then connect to the world of work, and for cultivating talent for job effectiveness. She has a passion for identifying talent and nurturing it.
Mary Rose works with people in all phases of the career journey – students planning their college career through to the encore career phase of life. Her strengths-based approach starts with an understanding of personality preferences and talent, and how they influence personal and career satisfaction. Mary Rose will consider each person’s career situation and then develop a process that will optimize professional and career development and foster a meaningful life at work.
