Elisaida Méndez, PhD
Dr. Méndez is a psychologist licensed in the state of Ohio. She completed her doctoral degree in Combined Clinical, Counseling, and School Psychology from Utah State University.
Dr. Méndez specialized in interethnic relations and has extensive experience with young and older adults. Her areas of competence are in depression, anxiety, and developmental concerns. She uses a patient-centered approach within the context of environment and development, and utilizes cognitive-behavioral tools to support therapeutic growth.
Dr. Méndez has been certified as a Diversity-360 trainer, Sustained Dialogue facilitator, and has been trained in Question-Persuade-Refer (QPR) suicide prevention workshop.
